A professional mechanical engineer oversees all plans and designs. Johan Lotz has extensive experience in a variety of projects, from large projects – working for Property Asset Managers and Mall owners, to smaller establishments in the agricultural sector, the hospitality and restaurant industry.
He has been servicing a variety of commercial businesses requiring fire designs, fire plans and specialized mechanical services and can do a rational design if required.
